Thank You for your interest in booking with InkySPA Body Art & Esthetics LLC. Please provide the following information to move forward with the booking process so that I can better assist your request.

• All Tattoo Request Forms must be completed by each guest and before the tattoo party at the time of booking. Everyone must fill out a Tattoo Request Form https://www.inkyspa.com/tattoorequestform please allow 24-48 for response and I will get back to you to discuss and confirm details. If unable to fill out the contact form, please text me your name, email address, date of the party, pictures and description of what you want done to 708-401-7599. I will provide an estimated cost of each person's tattoo prior to the date of the tattoo party. For tattoo parties please try to book at least 2 months in advance to ensure availability. If I am not available I can refer you to another Tattoo Artist or Esthetician that may be available to service you. • Your Tattoo Party must have at minimum of 5 people including the host/hostess. If more than 5 people will be getting tattooed or serviced up to 10-20 guest, I will have to bring another tattoo artist to accommodate the party size. The birthday person (host/hostess) whoever the celebration is for is entitled to a free tattoo in honor of the occasion (no bigger than 6x6, please no big pieces sleeves, backs etc.)

•  If looking to add spa services (Massage, Facials, Make up etc) please specify which services you are looking to add and let me know in advance when booking and I will do my best to accommodate your request thank you.

• InkySPA requires a $100 Non Refundable Booking Fee to cover my time, supplies, and travel expenses. This is due by the person who contacted me about the party or the host/hostess. The booking fee is due on the day, at the time your booking is made.

• Each guest is responsible for paying for their own tattoo and is required to spend at least $100 minimum or more at the tattoo party. InkySPA requires at least 50% Non Refundable Deposit required to book appointment per person. Pay the remaining balance at the tattoo party. Payments accepted Cash and Zelle inkbytisha@gmail.com

• All Tattoos must be at least 1"- 6" inches in size and that can be tattooed in approximately 1- 2 Hours or Less. Your tattoo artist will work with you in advance of your party to design meaningful tattoos that your guests will love. All tattoos will vary in price depending on size and complexity of the piece. There will be a minimum price of $100 and up for all tattoos. The tattoos are not to exceed 6"x 6" inches size. Please No half sleeves or larger pieces, anything larger than 6" x 6" inches, you are welcome to set up an individual appointment with me at a later date.

• I will have reference books and pictures available at the party for people to look at for ideas. If a person has something in particular they are looking to get, I must be provided with a picture when the deposit is sent in. As long as the picture is not extremely complex and falls with-in the size limitation then there should be no problems.

• You can request Numbing Cream for those who can't handle the pain. Ouch! My recommendation for purchase is Tattoo Numbing Cream https://www.tattoonumbingcream.com/  If you would like for me to purchase for you, I can just let me know when booking your appointment  and it will be added on with your deposit.
